2) Learn to meditate and/or pray, and do it daily.
3) Review your life, annual, and weekly, goals every morning.
4) Focus on what is right in your life, not what is wrong.
5) Perform random acts of kindness.
6) Compliment five people each day.
7) Do something everyday that brings you pure joy.
8) Plan something special for someone you love.
9) Encourage others.
10) Drink lots of water.
11) Eat a high protein diet with lots of vegetables.
12) Get in great physical shape.
13) Limit the amount of television you watch.
14) Listen to music that invigorates you.
15) Plan, and make reservations for, your next holiday.
16) Eliminate negative people and negative energy from your life.
17) Surround yourself with positive people that make you feel good.
18) Quit a bad habit.
19) Focus on the solution, not the problem.
20) Don’t read or listen to the news until the evening. Almost all news is negative.
