Roger Blichfeldt
Associate
Self-employed since 1983 as a Consultant, Roger Blichfeldt has had the benefit of learning and working in several capacities with many different businesses, government agencies and non-profits prior to entering the real estate arena in 1993. As a consultant, much of his work was in the area of Business Management, Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, and these experiences have made Roger an invaluable source of wisdom for his many clients. As a long-time member of the Sandy Springs community, a good deal of Roger’s time has been dedicated to community building efforts including neighborhood identity, urban planning and transportation. He served for over 25 years for several community building non-profits and as an officer, board member or volunteer withsuch groups as: President and Vice-President of the Glenridge Forest – Hammond Hills Neighborhood Association and Board Member or Vice Chairman of Sandy Springs Revitalization, Inc. In addition, Roger frequently serves as an advisor in matters of urban planning, zoning, and transportation for municipalities, community groups, developers and transportation organizations including Fulton County, the Georgia Department of Transportation, the Atlanta Regional Commission, the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority and several developers.

Laurie Nickless
Associate
Since December 1993, Laurie Nickless has been a consistent, positive force in Atlanta real estate. A native Atlantan who graduated from Campbell High School and University of Georgia, Laurie has assisted hundreds of her friends and their associates with their real estate needs throughout metro Atlanta with a fun, friendly, yet professional style. Also an accomplished builder and principal with The Maverick Group, Laurie has built fine homes from Vinings to Brookhaven. Laurie and her husband, Dan, live in Brookhaven with their yellow lab, Jack and Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Abby plus 2 cats Frankie and Deano. She has also been very involved over the years with the following charities: Meals on Wheels, Literacy Volunteers, Everybody Wins reading program, Families First, Children’s Restoration and The Union Mission.

Scott Askew
Principal Broker
A native Atlantan, Scott followed his father into the real estate business in 1978. Today, he serves as the Principal Broker for Askew Realty, Fourteen West, REALTORS® and Olympic Realty. A long-time Sunday School teacher at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, Scott has always enjoyed teaching and mentoring, and as a result, strives to know each of his Associates on both a business and personal level, with the desire to be active in their drive to become as successful as they want in both the real estate industry and life. Scott and his wife, Kris, have 2 sons and a Welsh Terrier named Ozzy.
