Our sales volume for 2012 improved 40.6% over 2011 results! But what we are most proud of is the fact that our firm not only has the highest producing agents, on average, of any of the Top 10 firms in the intown market we serve, (per RealValuator), Fourteen West Associates are heavily involved in the community we serve. During this past Fall, alone, we had a very successful Coat Drive for ‘One Warm Coat’; provided our leadership with the Morningside/Lenox Park HOA in presenting another fabulous Monumental Ball; participated in the Morningside Mile and Block Party, and worked our third Habitat for Humanity build!
